摘要
羟考酮是由蒂巴因衍生物制成的一种半合成阿片μ和κ受体激动药,临床上广泛应用于术后镇痛。近年来,由于羟考酮镇痛作用强,免疫抑制轻,对胃肠道影响小,目前已逐步应用于全身麻醉的各个环节中,包括术前、术中及术后。本文综述羟考酮在全身麻醉中的应用进展。
Oxycodone,as aμ-andκ-opioid receptor agonist,is a semisynthesized opioid derived from thebaine.Oxycodone has been widely used for postoperative analgesia in clinical practice.In recent years,oxycodone has been gradually applied to general anesthesia including pre-,intra-and post-operations due to its strong analgesia and mild immunosuppressive and gastrointestinal effects.This article reviews the application progress of oxycodone during general anesthesia.
