摘要
研究生个体的求学动机与学校人才培养目标定位的吻合度可影响研究生培养的质量。通过访谈和问卷调查对我国MTI研究生的入学动机进行了调查。结果显示:从类型看,MTI研究生入学动机主要包括专业认可、知识获取、求职导向、外因影响、学校情境;从强度看,MTI研究生入学动机呈现明显的求职和应用取向,口译方向研究生的职业认可动机显著高于笔译方向。从强化跨学科人才培养、开展职业理想教育、融入中华优秀传统文化等方面提出MTI人才培养和教学的相关建议。
The consistency between students’motivation for pursuing the master’s degree and schools’orientation to talent cultivation will affect graduate-level education quality.By means of interview and questionnaire survey,this paper investigated MTI students’degree-pursing motivation.The results show that their motivations can be categorized into professional recognition,knowledge acquisition,job opportunity seeking,external factors,and schooling context.In terms of intensity,their motivation is obviously oriented to job opportunity seeking and application,students in interpretation register a significantly higher level of professional recognition than students in translation.This study proposes improving MTI education by strengthening its interdisciplinary orientation,enhancing cultivation of professional ideal,and integrating traditional Chinese culture into the curriculum.
