摘要
针对石油钻井企业近年逐步推广电代油节能技术,介绍了机械钻机电代油技术的改造原理,并将电代油钻机与普通柴油动力钻机从工作性能、使用能耗、环保效益等方面进行了对比,分析了电代油钻机的各种优势。为更好地对机械钻机使用电代油技术的节能减排效果进行有效评价文章采用电代油技术改造前后节能减排指标对比的方法,从节能效果和减排效果两个方面分别介绍了评价所需测试计算的原理和方法,并对评价所涉及的柴油发动机、电力变压器、电动机等主要能源转换和使用设备的运行效率计算方法进行了详细阐述。最后,利用本方法对四川长宁区块作业的某机械钻机电代油改造后的节能减排效果进行了现场测试与评价,验证了本方法的有效性和可操作性。
In recent years,the energy saving technology replacing oil by electricity was used in many oil drilling enterprises. This paper introduces the transformation principle of this technology in machinery drilling rig,and compares the electric rig with common diesel powered rig in terms of working performance,energy consumption and environmental protection benefits,and analyzes the advantages of electric drilling rig. In order to evaluate the energy-saving and emission reduction effect better of this technology,this paper introduces the principle and method of test and calculation for evaluation from two aspects of energy-saving effect and emission reduction effect,through adopting the method of energy conservation and emission reduction index comparison before and after the technology transformation,and describes the calculation method of the operation efficiency of the main energy conversion and use equipment such as diesel engine,power transformer and motor in detail. Finally,this method is used to test and evaluate the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of a mechanical drilling machine which used the electric oil replacement technology in Changning block of Sichuan Province,and had verified the validity and operability of this method.
