摘要
外周神经损伤(peripheral nerve injury,PNI)是临床常见创伤,可引起失神经性肌肉萎缩,甚至永久性骨骼肌功能丧失。虽然外周神经损伤后在一定程度上能够再生,但伴随发生的骨骼肌功能丧失较难完全恢复。本文对PNI后神经和肌肉损伤的发生、发展及干细胞治疗的研究等进行综述,为临床提供研究方向和治疗选择。
Peripheral nerve injury(PNI)is a common clinical trauma,which can induce denervated muscle atrophy and even permanent skeletal muscle loss.Although peripheral nerves can regenerate to a certain extent,the accompanying loss of skeletal muscle function is difficult to recover completely.This article reviews the development,progression of PNI,and stem cell therapy for nerve and muscle injury to provide information for research and treatment of PNI.
