基于区块链的共享汽车服务设计策略初探 被引量:6

摘要 通过研究区块链技术的特性及对应的应用场景,找出有助于激发共享汽车新服务场景的机会点,从而提出合理的共享汽车服务设计策略。对区块链的基础架构、核心技术及相关特性进行研究,并结合其在应用场景中的实践效果,总结出区块链技术为共享模式所提供底层支持。利用区块链技术搭建的信任体系、数字化工作流程及与其他技术相结合的优势,使得共享汽车服务出现更多可能性,从而对共享汽车服务生态进行新的服务设计策略研究。以区块链为基础,对共享汽车的服务生态进行服务设计策略的再规划是必要的,且会使得共享汽车服务设计更具有逻辑性和原则性。 By studying the characteristics of blockchain technology and the corresponding application scenarios,the opportunity to trigger new car sharing service scenarios is realized,and a reasonable design strategy for car sharing services is proposed.The basic structure,core technology and related characteristics of the blockchain are studied,and combined with its practical effect in application scenarios,the sharing support provided by the blockchain technology for the sharing mode is summarized.Using the trust system built by blockchain technology,the digital workflow and the advantages of combining with other technologies,there are more possibilities for shared car services,so as to conduct a new service design strategy research on the shared car service ecosystem.Based on the blockchain,it is necessary to re-plan the service design strategy of the shared car service ecosystem,and it will make the shared car service design more logical and principled.
