摘要
高校思政工作对学生的思想素质有着重要的影响,为进一步加强高校思想政治工作,结合新时代党对高校思政工作的要求,创新性地构建了大学生思想政治教育"1+X"模式的协同育人机制,并提出该机制功能的实现需要高校党委及党的基层组织坚持立德树人,谋划大方向;各教育教学主体要紧扣思政育人,唱响主旋律;同时,充分挖掘和利用各种育人资源,营造好氛围,以期提升大学生思想政治工作的效果。
The ideological and political work of universities plays an important role in the developing the ideological quality of students.In order to fur ther improve the ideological and political work,combining the requirements of the Communist Party for ideological and political work in universities in the new era,this thesis constructs a cooperative education mechanism of the"1+X"mode of ideological and political education for college students,proposing that realizing the function of this mechanism requires the foundation organizations of the Party to strengthen moral education and to provide the general plan.Each education and teaching subject ought to focus on ideological and political education and to follow the main theme.At the same time,it is necessary to fully apply various education resources to create a good atmosphere,so as to enhance the effect of college students’ideological and political work.
