似膏体材料巷式充填地表减沉试验分析 被引量:2

摘要 为解决膏体材料流动性差等缺点,通过不同比例的矿粉和生石灰配比试验,研发高性能粉煤灰似膏体充填材料,并在工业性试验前通过相似模拟展开似膏体充填的地表减沉效果分析。结果表明,材料矿粉的比例为5%~10%,生石灰的质量比例为15%~10%;似膏体充填后工作面上覆岩层变形量较小,地表建筑在Ⅰ级损害范围内。 In order to solve the problem of poor fluidity of paste materials,high performance paste like fly ash filling materials were developed through the experiments of different proportions of mineral powder and quicklime,and the surface subsidence reduction effect of paste like filling was analyzed by similar simulation before the industrial test.The results show that the proportion of mineral powder of the material is 5%~10%,and the mass proportion of quicklime is 15%~10%,the deformation of overlying strata is small after paste like filling,and the surface buildings are in the scope of gradeⅠdamage.
