东曲矿井运输系统的设计与改造

Design and Transformation of Transportation System in Dongqu Mine

摘要 针对东曲矿井运输距离长、运输系统繁琐等问题,提出一种矿井运输系统改造设计方案,+973 m水平电机车牵引的运煤方式改为皮带运输,+973 m水平辅助运输方式改为蓄电池牵引,+860 m水平煤炭运输采用+860 m水平皮带斜井,辅助运输采用胶轮车平巷。改造后的系统能实现连续运输,大大提高采煤效率,矿井的生产能力保持400万t/a。 In view of the problems of long transportation distance and complicated transportation system in Dongqu Mine,this paper puts forward a design scheme of mine transportation system transformation.The coal transportation mode of+973 m horizontal electric locomotive traction is changed to belt transportation,the auxiliary transportation mode of+973 m horizontal electric locomotive traction is changed to battery traction,the+860 m horizontal belt inclined shaft is used for+860 m horizontal coal transportation,and the auxiliary transportation adopts rubber tyred car drift.The reformed system can realize continuous transportation,greatly improve the mining efficiency,and maintain the production capacity of 4 million t/a.
