下分层工作面过超高平行空巷充填技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对海天煤业下分层工作面过超高平行空巷存在的片帮、冒顶隐患,采用速凝早强高水充填材料进行充填,3 d强度2 MPa,配合高速制浆系统,实现快速充填,解决了工期紧张问题。效果考察表明:7.5 d即完成了整个充填工程实施和材料硬化,满足了工作面正常推进,过空巷期间帮部和顶板良好,未出现片帮冒顶现象,工作面安全通过。 Aiming at the hidden hazards of slicing and roof fall in the super-high parallel gobs in the lower stratification face,the rapid-setting and early-strength high-water filling material is used,with a 3 d strength of 2 MPa,and a high-speed pulping system to achieve rapid filling and solve the problem of tight construction period.The effect investigation showed that the entire filling project implementation and material hardening were completed in 7.5 days,and the normal advancement of the working face was satisfied.During the period of passing through the empty roadway,the wall and roof are in good condition,and there is no roof fall phenomenon,so the working face can pass through safely.
