摘要
聚酯纱线的生产过程中,常通过热定型工艺获得稳定的纱线结构。热定型工艺对变形纱的拉伸力学性能有着广泛的影响。研究旨在开发一种可用于织制花式服装面料的变形纱。工艺中特别使用了2台加热器:1台长1.60m的标准型主加热器和1台长1.25m的次加热器,分别带有12个和24个端头。采用差热分析(DTA)法测试了变形纱的结晶性和结晶熔融温度,所得数据为解释相关结论提供必要的依据。此外,报道了变形纱的拉伸力学性能。
Polyester yarn is hear-set during the production process in order to impart structural stability.It has wide impact on the tensile and elongate properties of textured yarn.The main aim of this research is to develop a textured yarn which will be considered for weaving application as used for the weaving of fancy garment fabric.Here 2heaters are specifically used:a standard 1.60mprimary heater and 1.25msecondary heater with 12and 24ends respectively.Crystallization and crystallite melting temperatures from differential thermal analysis(DTA)provide additional data for interpreting the results,and tensile properties of the yarns are reported as well.
