西宁市某污水处理厂提标改造工程设计及运行效果 被引量:6

摘要 西宁市某污水处理厂提标改造工程设计规模为1.0×10~5m~3/d,变化系数为1.3。设计对现状A~2/O生物池进行MBBR改造,并新建高密度沉淀池-转盘过滤-紫外消毒深度处理工艺,出水可稳定达到GB l8918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准。深度处理部分将高密度沉淀池、转盘过滤池、紫外消毒渠、巴氏计量槽、出水提升及加药间、电控间7个单体高度集成至一体化深度处理车间,布局合理,水力流畅,节约占地。介绍了该工程的设计参数、设计特点及实际处理效果。 The scale of the upgrading and reconstruction project for a wastewater treatment plant in Xining is 1.0×105 m3/d(Kz=1.3).The A2/O biological tank was reconstructed by MBBR,and a combined process of high-density sedimentation tank-rotary disc filter-ultraviolet disinfection was adopted for advanced treatment,the effluent water quality could stably meet the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.In the advanced treatment part,7 units includes:high-density sedimentation tank,rotary disc filter,ultraviolet disinfection ditch,parshall flume,effluent elevator,dosing room and electronic control room,were highly integrated for the consideration of land economical use,the layout was reasonable,and the flow was fluent.The design parameters,design characteristics and actual treatment effect of the said project were introduced.
