摘要
随着我国汽车保有量的持续增加,二手车的交易量也逐年提升。全面取消限迁政策和降税政策的实施,进一步刺激了二手车市场的发展。本文主要从二手车市场的发展历程、存在的问题以及政策法规来分析二手车的市场现状,并给出了发展建议。
With the continuous increase of car ownership in China,the transaction volume of second-hand cars is also increasing year by year.The implementation of the policy of abolishing migration limit and tax reduction further stimulates the development of the second-hand car market.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the second-hand car market from the development history,existing problems,the policies and regulations,as well as puts forward some development suggestions.
