摘要
对304/Q345R不锈钢复合板常压储罐进行了超声衍射时差法技术研究应用。采用带有对接焊缝的表面盲区试块进行直通波盲区测定,对复合板焊接模拟试块进行检测,分析比较了基于覆材侧和基材侧的检测效果差异性,最后将制定的检测工艺应用于现场一台25 000 m3不锈钢复合板常压储罐,检出埋藏裂纹1条并进行了解剖验证。结果表明:基于覆材侧的TOFD检测技术可应用于复合板常压储罐的开罐内检测。
Ultrasonic diffraction time difference method was applied to 304/Q345R stainless steel composite plate atmospheric storage tank.Firstly,the surface blind zone with butt weld was measured by direct wave method.Secondly,the welding simulation test block of composite plate was tested,and the difference of detection effect based on cladding side and base side was analyzed and compared.Finally,the developed detection process was applied to a 25000 m3 stainless steel composite plate atmospheric pressure storage tank,and one buried crack was detected and verified by anatomy.The results show that the TOFD detection technology based on cladding side can be applied to open tank inspection of composite plate atmospheric tank.
