摘要
目的探讨盐酸利托君联合黄体酮治疗高龄二胎先兆流产患者的临床效果。方法将100例高龄二胎先兆流产患者根据简单随机化法分为试验组(50例,盐酸利托君联合黄体酮治疗)与对照组(50例,盐酸利托君治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的P、HCG、E2水平均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的止血时间、腰酸缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、宫缩消失时间均短于对照组,延迟分娩时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论盐酸利托君联合黄体酮治疗高龄二胎先兆流产患者的效果显著,可改善患者P、HCG、E2水平,缩短康复时间。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone in the treatment of elderly patients with threatened abortion of second pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with threatened abortion of second pregnancy were divided into experimental group(50 cases,treated with ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone)and control group(50 cases,treated with ritodrine hydrochloride)by the simple randomization method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,HCG and E2 in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time,lumbar acid relief time,abdominal pain relief time and uterine contraction disappearance time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the delayed delivery time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ritodrine hydrochloride combined with progesterone in the treatment of elderly patients with threatened abortion of second pregnancy has a significant effect,it can improve the levels of P,HCG and E2,and shorten the recovery time of patients.
