摘要 为了探究分子质量和共聚结构对阻燃共聚酯结晶动力学的影响,采用差示扫描量热仪对不同分子质量的阻燃共聚酯进行非等温结晶测试,并进行结晶动力学分析。结果表明:在聚酯中通过共聚反应引入共聚阻燃结构单元后,共聚酯的熔点降低,降温过程中的起始结晶温度和结晶峰温降低,分子质量较大的阻燃共聚酯的结晶温度有所下降,但这种影响并不明显;阻燃结构单元减少了可结晶的聚酯链段数量,结晶速率显著下降,且分子质量增大会造成链段活动能力降低,高分子质量的阻燃共聚酯的结晶速率大大降低。 In order to study the influence of molecular weight and copolymerization structure on the crystallization kinetics of flame retardant copolyester, the differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) was used to carry out non-isothermal crystallization test and crystallization kinetics for copolyester with different molecular weight. And the crystallization kinetics was analyzed according to the test results. The results showed that:after the introduction of copolymerization flame retardant structural units through copolymerization reaction,the melting point of copolyesters was lowered and in the cooling process the initial crystallization temperature and crystallization peak temperature decreased, and the crystallization temperature of the flame retardant copolyesters with larger molecular weight decreased, but this effect was not obvious. The number of crystallizable polyester chain segments was reduced by flame retardant structural units, and the crystallization rate was significantly slowed. Moreover, the increase of molecular weight would reduce the activity capacity of the chain segments and decrease the crystallization rate.
