摘要
试验对电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定饲料中钙、铜、铁、镁、锰、钾、钠、锌8种元素全过程进行不确定度的影响因素分析,并对各不确定度分量进行计算。根据BS EN 15510:2017方法,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定饲料中元素含量。测定结果均在标准物质证书给定的标准值与不确定度范围内,表明该结果准确可靠。测量不确定度主要来自标准工作曲线拟合产生的不确定度和重复性试验不确定度。
The study was to analyze the whole determination process of influencing factors of uncertainty of calcium,copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium and zinc in feed by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, and calculate uncertainty components. According to BS EN 15510:2017 method, the element content in feed was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry. The results are within the range of standard value and uncertainty of the standard substance certificate, indicating that the results are accurate and reliable.The uncertainty of measurement mainly comes from uncertainty of standard working curve fitting, and uncertainty of repetitive experiment.
