摘要
试验旨在研究不同添加量的氧化锌(ZnO)对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清指标和养殖场周边土壤生物化学指标的影响。试验选择21 d的二元杂(长白×约克)断奶仔猪128头(公、母各半)分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮(A组)、试验组仔猪的基础日粮中依次添加500 (B组)、1 000(C组)和2 000 mg/kg (D组) ZnO。预试期2 d,正式试验期14 d,结果表明:试验C组和D组仔猪末重、平均日采食量、平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验D组仔猪料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验C组和D组仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著提高(P<0.05);试验B、C和D组仔猪血清谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性显著增加(P<0.05),试验C组和D组仔猪MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05)。不同重金属元素污染程度顺序为:Zn>Cd>Pb>Cr (Ni)>Cu>As>Hg,Cr和Zn呈重度污染。研究表明,日粮中添加1 000、2 000 mg/kg ZnO可保证断奶仔猪的肠道健康,降低土壤污染。
The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of different added amounts of zinc oxide(ZnO) on growth performance, serum indicators and soil biochemical indicators around the farm. In the experiment, a total of 128 weaned piglets(male and female) of 21-day hybrid(Landrace×York) were selected and divided into four groups with four replicates in each group, and eight pigs in each replicate. The piglets in control group was fed with a basic diet(A),and the piglets in test groups was fed with 500(B), 1 000(C), and 2 000 mg/kg(D) of ZnO in basice diet. The pre-feeding period was 2 d and the test period was 14 d. The results showed that the final weight, average daily feed intake, and average daily gain of test groups C and D were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05), and the feed-toweight ratio of test group D was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG) content of test groups C and D significantly increased(P<0.05), the activity of glutathione(GSH) of test groups B, C and D significantly increased(P<0.05), the content of MDA of test groups C and D significantly reduced(P<0.05). The order of the pollution degree of different heavy metal elements was: Zn>Cd>Pb>Cr(Ni)>Cu>As>Hg. Cr and Zn were heavily polluted. The study indicated that adding 1 000、2 000 mg/kg of ZnO in basic diet can ensure the intestinal health of weaned piglets and reduce soil pollution.
