摘要
试验研究在肉牛日粮中添加不同比例的发酵玉米秸秆对其生长性能、养分表观消化率及血液生化指标的影响。选用体重相近(180.10±20.15) kg、健康状态良好的肉牛90头,分为3组,每组30头。A组(对照组)肉牛饲喂基础日粮(正常不发酵玉米秸秆),B组和C组饲喂分别添加30%和60%的发酵玉米秸秆代替玉米秸秆的基础日粮。预试期5 d,试验期30 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,C组肉牛平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C组肉牛料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。B、C组肉牛中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);B、C组肉牛酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。B、C组肉牛血液中的尿素氮含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。C组肉牛血液中生长激素浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。B、C组血液中胰岛素生长因子浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,发酵玉米秸秆能够提高肉牛生长性能和营养物质表观消化率,改善部分血液生化指标。
The experiment studied the effect of adding different proportions of fermented corn stalks to beef cattle diets on growth performance, apparent nutrient digestibility and blood biochemical indicators. The experiment selected 90 beef cattle with similar body weight(180.10±20.15) kg and good health, which were randomly divided into three groups with30 beef cattle in each group. Cattle in group A(control group) were fed with basic diet, and cattle in group B and group C were fed with 30% and 60% fermented corn stalks instead of corn stalks in basic diet. The pre-test period was 5 d, and the test period was 30 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the ADG of group C was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the ratio of feed to meat in group C was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fibers in groups B and C were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and apparent digestibility of acid detergent fibers in groups B and C were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). The urea nitrogen content in groups B and C was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). The growth hormone concentration in group C was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Insulin growth factor concentrations in groups B and C were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The experiment indicated that fermented corn stover can improve the growth performance of beef cattle and the apparent digestibility of nutrients, and improve some blood biochemical indicators.
