摘要
近五年来,我国以供给侧结构性改革为主线,着力推进经济由高速增长向高质量发展转型。与此同时,长三角一市三省作为我国经济发展最为活跃、开放程度最高、创新能力最强的区域之一,其供给侧结构性改革的进程直接关系到长三角区域一体化程度。本文基于经济合成指数的计量方法,分别对长三角供给侧一体化程度以及供给侧结构性改革一体化程度进行了综合评估,并分析了供给侧结构性改革对长三角经济总量增长和经济质量提升的影响。结果表明,单项改革措施对长三角经济发展存在明显差异,整体性改革的深化和一体化程度的提升将对区域经济增长产生显著正面影响。
Over the past five years,China has focused on promoting the transformation of its economy from high-speed growth to high-quality development with supply-side structural reform as the main line.At the same time,as one of the most active,open and innovative regions in China’s economic development,the process of supply-side structural reform is directly related to the implementation of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration strategy.Based on the econometric method of economic composite index,this paper comprehensively evaluates the process of supply-side reform and supply-side integration in the Yangtze River Delta,and analyses the impact of supply-side structural reform on gross economic growth and economic quality improvement in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that the single reform measures have obvious differences in the impact of the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta,but the overall reform and integration process will have a significant positive impact on the regional economy.
