摘要
测试了三种产地钢渣的化学组成、微观形貌和游离氧化钙(f-CaO)含量.采用玄武岩和三种钢渣复配制备了四种超薄磨耗层沥青玛蹄脂碎石(SMA)-5混合料,测试了四种混合料的抗滑性能、高温稳定性能、水稳定性和低温抗裂性能.结果表明:钢渣的碱性氧化物含量高、表面粗糙,其f-CaO含量均不超过2%.钢渣SMA-5沥青混合料的构造深度、摆值和动稳定度均高于玄武岩沥青混合料.广西钢渣和湖北钢渣会适当降低混合料的劈裂抗拉强度比及弯拉应变,但其性能指标仍满足规范要求.钢渣在沥青超薄磨耗层中的应用能显著提升混合料的抗滑性能和高温稳定性能,不会对其水稳定性能和低温性能造成实质性不利影响.
The chemical composition,micro morphology and free calcium oxide(f-CaO)content of steel slags from three producing areas were tested.Four kinds of asphalt mastic macadam(SMA)-5 mixtures with ultra-thin wear layer were prepared by using basalt and three kinds of steel slag,and the sliding resistance,high temperature stability,water stability and low temperature crack resistance of the four mixtures were tested.The results show that the content of basic oxides in steel slag is high and the surface is rough,and the content of f-CaO in steel slag is less than 2%.The structural depth,swing value and dynamic stability of steel slag SMA-5 asphalt mixture are higher than those of basalt asphalt mixture.Guangxi steel slag and Hubei steel slag will appropriately reduce the splitting tensile strength ratio and flexural-tensile strain of the mixture,but their performance indexes still meet the specification requirements.The application of steel slag in asphalt ultra-thin wear layer can significantly improve the skid resistance and high temperature stability of the mixture,and will not cause substantial adverse effects on its water stability and low temperature performance.
