桂林两江四湖环城水系景观绩效评价 被引量:2

摘要 运用景观绩效评价方法,对已建成的桂林两江四湖环城水系景观项目从可持续发展的3个方面(环境、经济和社会)进行定量、定性的综合效益评价。综合运用多源数据、多种方法、多元分析,采集和观测环城水系景观建设前后的各项数据,经过对比发现,在环境效益中,一环水系和二环水系的疏浚和连通、清淤和截污,有效治理了湖塘环境恶臭状况,增加了总蓄水量,改善了水质,滨水绿化树种增加了碳汇和蓄水,调节气候、美化环境;在经济效益中,水系景观的改善对桂林城区旅游业的发展具有显著的积极影响,游船接待人次累计超千万,游船营业收入累计近十亿元,游船旅游明显带动了周边餐饮、住宿、商业等旅游服务业发展,直接旅游收益和间接旅游收益较为可观;在社会效益中,水系连通重现了宋朝的环城水系格局,水系景观提高了山水景观视觉质量和桂林中心城区吸引力,游船旅游经济提供了就业岗位。 With the evaluation of landscape performance,an evaluation with the quantitative and qualitative methods is conducted for the water system of Two Rivers&Four Lakes in Guilin based on the perspectives of environment,economy and society to provide reference for similar landscape projects.The data prior to and after the construction are collected and observed with a comprehensive application of various methods and analysis.It is found by comparison and analysis that by dredging and connection,the desilting and sewage interception of the first and the second water systems,and the lakes and ponds odor problem were effectively gone.The total water storage increased,and the water quality improved for the environmental.In addition,the plantation of trees around the water system increased carbon sink and water storage,improved climatic conditions and beautified environment.The improvement of water system landscape is significant and positive for the development of tourism.The visitors by boating over 10 million.The total business income is nearly 1 billion yuan.Boating tourism obviously promoted the development of surrounding catering,accommodation,commerce and other services.The direct and indirect benefits from tourism are remarkable.The connection of two water systems minds even the water system pattern in Song dynasty.The landscape of water systems increases the visual quality of mountain,and water landscape and the attraction of urban districts in Guilin.At the same time,the pleasant boating tourism economy provides more employment.
