摘要
针对防疫消毒瓶盖双色塑件的成型,设计了一副双色注塑模,该双色注塑模由两副不同结构的子模具组成,其中一副子模具采用点浇口三板模结构,另外一副子模具采用潜浇口假三板模结构。两副子模具定模的高度相同,而结构不同。在两副子模具的定模侧各自设置了3个定模弯销抽芯滑块机构来实现塑件外壁的成型和脱模;在三板模子模具中,利用流道板与定模板的打开,驱动定模侧的3个定模滑块进行侧抽芯。在假三板模子模具中,利用加厚固定板与定模板之间的打开,驱动定模侧的3个定模滑块进行侧抽芯。点浇口和潜浇口的使用,保证了两次成型的流道废料都自动切除和脱模。在第一色子塑件上预留第二色子塑件模腔的注塑流动通道,简化了第二色模腔的浇注系统,降低了模具设计难度。
Aimed at the molding of bi-color plastic parts for the epidemic prevention and disinfection bottle cap,a pair of twocolor injection mold was designed,which was composed of two sub-molds with different structures,one of the sub-mold adopted the structure of three-plate mold with point-gate,and the other sub-mold adopted the structure of pseudo three-plate mold with submarine-gate.In the structure design of the two sub-molds,the height of the fixed-mold was the same,but the structure was different.In the two sub-molds,three fixed-mold bending pin core pulling slider mechanisms were respectively set to realize the molding and demoulding of the outer wall of the plastic part.In the three-plate mold,the opening of the runner-plate and the fixed-plate was used to drive the three fixed-mold sliders on the side of the fixed-mold for side core pulling.In the pseudo three-plate mold,the opening between the thickened fixed-plate and the fixed-plate was used to drive three fixed-mold sliders on the fixed-mold side for side core pulling.The use of point-gate and submarine-gate ensures the automatic cutting and demoulding of the waste material in the two forming processes.The injection flow channel of the mold cavity of second-color plastic part is reserved on the first color plastic part,which simplifies the gating system of the second color mold cavity and reduces the difficulty of mold design.
