摘要
"华龙一号"机组DCS系统采用三新设备,在前期供货和安装阶段产生大量制约。为避免首堆重大节点拖期现象出现,福清5号机组项目调试部采用精细化管理的方法,精准把控首堆主控室可用节点进度和施工质量。本文详细描述了项目调试部在主控室可用节点准备阶段和执行阶段采取的进度和质量控制专项管理方式,也为华龙机组后续节点提供了一种已经验证的有效的管理方式。
The DCS system of HPR1000 uses new equipment,which creates a lot of constraints in the early supply and installation stages.In order to avoid the delay of major nodes for the first reactor,the project commissioning department uses the delicacy management method to accurately control the construction progress and quality of the available nodes for the main control room.This paper describes in details the special management method for the progress and quality control during the preparation and execution of the available nodes for the main control room,and also provides a proven and effective management method for subsequent nodes of HPR1000 plants.
