电缆和电缆桥架防火保护装置耐火试验方法的设计改进 被引量:3

摘要 为满足电缆和电缆桥架防火保护装置国产化需要,设计人员参考RCC-I 97版附录D编制了适用M310堆型的耐火极限试验方法。该试验方法适用的最高耐火极限为1.5 h,而"华龙一号"核电机组核岛厂房防火分区耐火极限提升至2 h。经耐火试验验证,RCC-I 97版规定的耐火试验方法不完全适用于"华龙一号"核电机组。通过设计改进,完成了适用于"华龙一号"的电缆和电缆桥架防火保护装置耐火试验方法。验证了耐火极限的真实性,提高了火灾事故下机组安全性。可在后续"华龙一号"核电机组设计中得到应用,同时适用于小堆、快堆等项目电缆包覆产品的耐火极限验证。 The engineer compiled the test method of fire tests applicable to M310 with reference to appendix D of RCC-I 1997 edition,in order to satisfy the needs of localization research for electrical raceway fire protection.The maximum fire endurance of this test method applicable to 1.5h,and the fire endurance of HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant are increased to 2h.The test method of fire tests with reference to appendix D of RCC-I 1997 edition is not fully applicable to HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant,in according to the results of fire tests.Through design improvement,the test method of fire tests for electrical raceway fire protection used in HPR1000 Nuclear Power Plant is completed,and the fire endurance was verified.The safety of the HPR1000 under fire accident shall be improved.It can be applied in the design of subsequent HPR1000,and it is also suitable for verifying the fire endurance of electrical raceway fire protection used in ACP100&CFR600.
