摘要
对农村小型农田水利工程管理的特点进行简要介绍,从4个方面分析在管理过程中存在的不足之处,并结合实际情况提出具有针对性的改善措施,进而提高农村小型农田水利工程管理的效率,推动农村经济的发展。
This paper briefly introduces the characteristics of small rural irrigation and water conservancy project management,analyzes the deficiencies in the process of management from four aspects,and puts forward targeted improvement measures in combination with the actual situation,so as to improve the efficiency of small rural irrigation and water conservancy project management and promote the development of rural economy.
