Role and application of integrin: a new therapeutic target for cardiovascular disease

摘要 整合素家族受体是细胞表面重要的黏附分子,在细胞和微环境之间的相互作用中发挥着重要作用。整合素与多种人类疾病密切相关,如心血管疾病、血栓症、炎症、癌症等,是重要的药物靶点。本文主要论述整合素在心血管疾病中的研究进展。 Integrin family receptors are important adhesion molecules on cell surface and play an important role in the interaction between cells and microenvironment. Integrin is closely related to a variety of human diseases, such as cardiovascular disease, thromboembolism, inflammation, cancer, etc., and is an important drug target. This paper mainly summarizes the research progress of integrin in cardiovascular diseases.
