摘要 为了帮助上肢运动功能障碍患者重返独立生活,缓解当前康复医师资源不足的问题,设计了一款基于模块化理念的腕关节康复训练器。通过对人体腕部关节的运动特性进行分析,采用模块化理念对机构和控制系统进行软硬件设计。实验结果表明,这种基于模块化理念的腕关节康复训练器可实现腕关节单独训练以及配合上肢及手部康复设备进行综合动作训练。该腕关节康复训练装置机构运行流畅、设计合理、舒适程度较高,可以适配其他的上肢康复机械臂。 In order to help patients with upper limb motor dysfunction return to independent life and alleviate the problem of insufficient resources of rehabilitation doctors,a wrist joint rehabilitation trainer based on modular concept is designed.Based on the analysis of the motion characteristics of human wrist joints,the hardware and software of the mechanism and control system are designed with the modular concept.The experimental results show that the design of the wrist joint rehabilitation trainer based on the modular concept can realize the wrist joint training alone and the comprehensive action training with the rehabilitation equipment of the upper limb and hand.
