摘要
目的探讨无痛技术在肿瘤患儿超声引导下塞丁格PICC置管技术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月份—2019年12月份行超声引导下塞丁格PICC置管的肿瘤患儿40例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各20例。比较两组患儿一次穿刺成功率、置管成功率、置管时间、配合程度、并发症发生率和患儿家属满意度。结果观察组前期准备工作较多,整个置管时间长于对照组,一次性穿刺成功率两组没有统计学差异(P>0.05),置管成功率、患儿配合度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。置管中的并发症发生率比较无统计学意义。结论肿瘤患儿在超声引导下塞丁格PICC置管中应用无痛技术,能提高置管成功率和患儿家属满意度,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the application of painless technique in ultrasound guided modified seldinger PICC tube implantation in children with tumor.Methods:100 cases of tumor children were randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each.The two groups were compared in one puncture success rate,catheterization success rate,complication rate and family satisfaction.Results:The observation group had more preparatory work in the early stage,and the whole time was longer than that of the control group.However,There was no statistical difference in the success rate of one-time puncture between the two groups(P>0.05),the success rate and the cooperation degree of the children were higher than those of the control group.The incidence of complications in catheterization was not statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of painless technique in ultrasonically guided PICC tube implantation in children with tumors can improve the success rate of catheter implantation and the satisfaction of the children's families,and reduce the occurrence of complications.It has a good clinical application value and is worth promoting.
