摘要
为了对电牵引采煤机故障进行及时诊断,提出利用混沌Duffing振子和小波分析法对采煤机故障振动信号进行提取及分析。通过对比故障振动能量及正常振动能量,验证了故障诊断的可行性,为矿山实现智能化控制提供了一定的借鉴。
In order to diagnose the fault of electric haulage shearer in time,the chaotic Duffing oscillator and wavelet analysis method were proposed to extract and analyze the fault vibration signal of shearer.By comparing fault vibration energy and normal vibration energy,the feasibility of fault diagnosis was verified,which provided a certain reference for mine intelligent control.
