摘要
2019年12月初,武汉地区发现多起新型冠状病毒感染引起的肺炎病例,该病毒具有较强的传染性和广泛的传播途径,加之春运影响,疫情迅速蔓延至全国乃至全球。发热门诊作为防控新型冠状病毒的一线战场,也是防控的重点和难点区域。深圳市龙华区中心医院发热门诊在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间采取了严格的预检分诊和多重防护体系,在2020年1月1日—2020年3月13日共接诊发热患者7504例,其中与确诊患者密切接触者12例,湖北来粤人员或(家人)去过湖北者368例,进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测者4734例,最终确诊12例新型冠状病毒感染肺炎患者,参与预检分诊医护人员共42名,暂无医护人员感染和确诊病例。现对发热门诊应对疫情的实践经验进行总结,供同行业人员参考。
Novel coronavirus infection cases were found in Wuhan in early December 2019.The virus has a strong infectious and widespread transmission route.With the influence of spring transportation,the epidemic spreaded rapidly to the whole country and even the whole world.Fever clinic novel coronavirus as a front-line battlefield was also the key and difficult area of prevention and control.Novel coronavirus infection epidemic situation in Shenzhen Longhua Central Hospital fever clinic has adopted strict pre triage and multiple protection systems during the outbreak of new coronavirus infection.From January 1,2020 to March 13,2020,a total of 7504 patients with fever were received,12 of whom were in close contact with the confirmed patients,368 of whom had been to Hubei Province.The novel coronavirus novel coronavirus was detected in 4734 cases,and 12 cases of new coronavirus infection were diagnosed.42 cases were involved in the pre triage medical staff,and no infection and confirmed cases were found.This paper summarizes the practical experience of fever clinic in response to the epidemic situation for the reference of personnel in the same industry.
