摘要
目的探讨内镜下硬化治疗内痔外科手术术后患者的疗效。方法选择2017年2月至2020年2月本院收治的手术后复发内痔患者(n=80)作为研究对象,按治疗方式不同分组:对照组(n=40,常规治疗),观察组(n=40,内镜下硬化治疗),对比两组内痔患者临床疗效、手术相关指标、临床症状评分、并发症发生率。结果观察组内痔患者总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组内痔患者并发症总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,观察组内痔患者住院时间明显短于对照组,治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组内痔患者影响日常工作、痔疮脱垂、排便疼痛、出血评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜下硬化治疗内痔外科手术效果显著,有助于改善患者临床症状,提高患者治疗效果,而且安全性较高,不会导致患者出现明显的并发症,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of endoscopic sclerotherapy for postoperative patients with internal hemorrhoids.Methods The research period was from February 2017 to February 2020.The patients with relapsed internal hemorrhoids after operation(n=80)admitted to our hospital were divided into the observation group(n=40,endoscopic sclerotherapy)and the control group(n=40,conventional treatment)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacy,operation-related indexes,clinical symptom scores and incidences of complications of the two groups of patients with internal hemorrhoids were compared.Results The total efficacy rate of patients with internal hemorrhoids in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference between groups was signicant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complicationsin patients with internal hemorrhoids of the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 22.50%in patients with internal hemorrhoids of the control group,and the difference between groups was signicant(P<0.05).In addition,the hospitalization days of patients with internal hemorrhoids in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the treatment satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was signicant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of patients with internal hemorrhoids impacting daily work,hemorrhoid prolapse,defecation pain and bleeding in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was signicant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sclerotherapy for internal hemorrhoids has obvious therapeutic efficacy,which is helpful to improve patients'clinical symptoms and therapeutic efficacy.Moreover,it has relatively high safety and will not lead to obvious complications in patients,so it is worthy of promotion.
