摘要
房产和地籍测绘的主要对象是面积、权属、结构属性以及城市和农村房屋的用途。随着中国社会经济的持续快速发展,房地产的价值不断提高,这使得中国越来越重视房地产研究。本文结合安徽省马鞍山市某村的测量实践,将无人机倾斜摄影测量三维建模技术应用于不动产测绘,探讨了基于倾斜摄影测量三维建模的不动产测绘的可行性并进行了精度验证。研究对比了基于倾斜摄影三维建模的不动产测绘相较于传统不动产测绘的优势,对不动产测绘的具体生产作业具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
The main objects of property and cadastral mapping are size,ownership,structural attributes and the use of urban and rural houses.With the continuous and rapid development of China's social economy,the value of real estate has been constantly improved,which makes China pay more and more attention to real estate research.Based on the survey practice of a village in Maanshan City,Anhui Province,this paper applies UAV tilt photogrammetry 3D modeling technology to real estate surveying and mapping,discusses the feasibility of real estate surveying and mapping based on tilt photogrammetry 3D modeling,and verif ies the accuracy.Compared with traditional real estate surveying and mapping,the advantages of real estate surveying and mapping based on oblique photography 3D modeling are compared,which has certain reference value for the specif ic production of real estate surveying and mapping.
