摘要
糖尿病性腹泻是2型糖尿病的一种常见并发症,严重影响患者生活质量。李小娟教授是辽宁省名中医,国家第二批优秀中医临床人才,名老中医马智教授学术传承人。从事内分泌病的临床诊治30余年,现任辽宁中医大学内分泌康复科科主任,对该病具有丰富经验以及独到认识。她认为糖尿病性腹泻从病因上来看应以虚立论,肝脾肾兼顾;治疗上应该口服汤剂与开阖六气针并用,临床效果明显,值得推广。
Diabetic diarrhea is a common complication of type 2 diabetes,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.My teacher is LI Xiaojuan,Professor Li Xiaojuan is a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Liaoning Province,the second batch of outstanding Chinese medicine clinical talents in the country,and the academic inheritor of the famous Chinese medicine MA Zhi.He has been engaged in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases for more than 30 years.He is currently the director of the Department of Endocrinology and Rehabilitation at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.He has rich experience and unique knowledge of the disease.She believes that diabetic diarrhea should be based on the etiological point of view,the liver,the spleen and the kidney should be considered;the treatment should be combined with oral decoction and Liuqi acupuncture,which has obvious clinical effects and is worth promoting.
