摘要
笔者以山西交城5年生骏枣和梨枣为研究对象,在果实发育过程中对单果重、内含物进行测定。结果表明,骏枣单果重的生长过程大致分为4个阶段,迅速生长期、缓慢增长期、熟前快速增长期、缓慢增长期;梨枣单果重的生长过程大致分为2个阶段,迅速增长期和缓慢增长期。在全红期时,骏枣单果重较梨枣重;果实发育期,2种枣果实中维生素C含量的变化规律相似,呈先上升然后下降的趋势,在全红期时梨枣果实中维生素C含量较骏枣多;2种枣果实发育过程中总糖含量呈上升趋势,在全红期时,梨枣的总糖含量比骏枣高9%;2种枣果实发育过程中酸的含量呈高—低—高的规律变化,在全红期时,梨枣果实中酸的含量低于骏枣。
The single fruit weight and contents were determined during the fruit development of 5-year-old Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao and Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao in Shanxi.The results showed that the growth process of the single fruit weight of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao could be divided into four stages such as rapid growth stage,slow growth stage,rapid growth stage before ripening and slow growth stage.The growth process of the single fruit weight of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao could be roughly divided into two stages such as rapid growth stage and slow growth stage.At the stage of fruit ripening,the single fruit weight of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao was heavier than that of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao.In the process of fruit development,the variation of vitamin C content in the fruits of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao and Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao was similar which increased first and then decreased later.At the stage of fruit ripening,vitamin C content in the fruit of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao was more than that of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao.During the fruit development,the total sugar content had been on the rise.At the stage of fruit ripening,the total sugar content of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao was 9%higher than that of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao.During the fruit development,the acid content showed a regular change of high—low—high.At the stage of fruit ripening,the content of acid in the fruit of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Lizao was lower than that of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Junzao.
