现代佛教建筑复杂铜佛像装饰智慧建造技术

Intelligent Construction Technology of Complex Bronze Buddha Decoration in Contemporary Buddhist Architecture

摘要 大型复杂铜佛像装饰制作中的铸造、锻造、錾刻等传统工艺技术效率低、强度高、成本高,复杂铜佛像艺术构件制作、安装工艺数字化智慧建造技术的应用,成为佛教建筑高效建造过程中亟待研究的课题。经过多项工程实践提炼总结,通过集成三维激光扫描组合成像、数值风洞模拟、有限元分析、BIM技术结合数字化加工、3D打印、裁剪锻制成型、种钉组件连接等技术,实现传统工艺与现代技术的融合。 Traditional technical skills of casting,forging,and carving of large and complex Buddhist statues are low in efficiency,heavy in working intensity,and high in cost. Therefore,the study of the manufacturing of artistic components of complex Buddhist statues and the construction technology of digital intelligent installation of complex Buddhist statues has become an urgent problem in the highlyefficient construction of Buddhist buildings. Traditional technologies can keep in pace with modern ones by extracting and summarizing those technologies practiced in some previous projects,such as 3 D laser scan imaging,numerical wind tunnel simulation,FEM analysis,BIM technology and digital processing,3 D printing,cutting and forging,stud welding components,etc.
