摘要
汽车零部件处于汽车产业链的上游,优化汽车零部件铁路物流供应链,对降低汽车制造企业物流成本、提升物流链保障能力有着十分重要的意义。在分析我国汽车零部件物流发展现状的基础上,针对汽车零部件铁路物流供应链竞争优势不明显,信息化、运输装备存在局限性,亟待完善升级等突出问题,从优化供应链发展方式、构建供应链管理信息集成平台、升级现代化物流运输装备、提升物流供应链核心竞争力等方面,提出降低汽车零部件铁路物流供应链成本的发展对策,进一步扩大铁路市场份额,提升铁路物流供应链发展水平。
With the vigorous development of auto parts logistics,it is of great significance to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics chain guarantee ability through optimizing the railway logistics supply chain.This paper elaborates the development status of auto parts logistics in China,and then analyzes several prominent problems,such as the lack of obvious competitive edges for transporting the auto parts through railway logistics supply chain,the limitations of information system and transportation equipment,and the urgent need to perfect the upgrade.Finally,the paper puts forward the development countermeasures of the cost of the railway logistics supply chain of auto parts from the aspects of optimizing the development mode of the supply chain,constructing the information integration platform of the supply chain management,upgrading the modern logistics transportation equipment,and improving the core competitiveness of the logistics supply chain,so as to further expand the market share of the railway and improve the development of the railway logistics supply chain.
