摘要
目的探讨临床药师参与重型颅脑损伤患者泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染治疗发挥的作用,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法临床药师结合自身临床药学实践经验和最新文献进展,参与1例重型颅脑损伤患者泛耐药肺炎克雷伯菌感染的治疗,提出更换抗菌药物、停用地塞米松及加大替加环素用量等建议。结果医师采纳临床药师建议,调整抗感染方案后,患者的实验室指标水平明显下降,感染得到有效控制。结论临床药师可协助医师调整抗菌药物治疗方案,保障用药更加安全、合理。
Objective To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of Pan-drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods In combination with their own clinical pharmacy practice experience and the latest literature progress,clinical pharmacists participated in the treatment of Pan-drug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae infection in a patient with severe craniocerebral injury,and put forward advice such as changing antibiotics,stopping dexamethasone and increasing the dosage of tigecycline.Results After the physician adopted the advice of the clinical pharmacist and adjusted the anti-infection program,the laboratory indexes levels of the patients decreased obviously and the infection was effectively controlled.Conclusion The clinical pharmacist can assist the physician to adjust the antimicrobial treatment plan to ensure the safety and rationality of drugs use.
