摘要
NiTi合金因其具有优异的形状记忆效应及超弹性,广泛应用于航空航天、医疗器械、电子行业等领域。在使用过程中,不可避免地涉及到与异种金属材料如不锈钢、Ti6Al4V、MP35N、纯铜等材料连接,而与这些材料之间连接最关键的问题是接头脆性金属间化合物、形状记忆效应及超弹性的控制,激光焊接是目前NiTi合金焊接中最受关注的技术之一。全面总结了近年来国内外在NiTi合金异种激光焊接方面的研究进展,为后续研究工作的开展提供指导和借鉴。
NiTi alloys are widely used in aerospace,medical equipment,electronic industry and other fields because of their excellent shape memory effect and super-elasticity.In the process of using,it is inevitable to connect with dissimilar metal materials,such as stainless steel,Ti6Al4V,mp35n,pure copper and other materials.The key problems in connection with these materials are the control of brittle intermetallic compounds,shape memory effect and hyperelasticity.Laser welding is one of the most concerned technologies in NiTi alloy welding.In this paper,the research progress of dissimilar laser welding of NiTi alloy at home and abroad in recent years is summarized,which provides guidance and reference for the follow-up research work.
