危机传播管理视域下思想政治教育应对重大疫情功能新探

A New Probe into the Function of Ideological and Political Education to Deal with Major Epidemics from the Perspective of Crisis Communication Management

摘要重大疫情背景下有必要引入危机传播管理,进一步发挥思想政治教育的社会功能。重大疫情事发前,思想政治教育应发挥信息预警功能,通过社会思想动态监测、疫情风险信息识别与预控、疫情危机信息预报等环节,规避疫情风险、减轻危机破坏程度并为相关部门提供决策参考。重大疫情事发中,思想政治教育应发挥信息调控功能,通过加速传导权威信息、有效引导公共舆论、充分利用自身应对谣言的优势,控制疫情危机传播中的信息流、影响流和噪音流,防止疫情期间因信息传播困境导致社会不稳定因素的加剧。重大疫情事发后,思想政治教育应发挥信息修复功能,通过修复心理问题、补偿事实信息、重塑价值共识,防止危机复发并从根本上解决导致危机的诱因。 In the context of a major epidemic,it is necessary to introduce crisis communication management to further exert the social function of ideological and political education.Before the outbreak of a major epidemic,ideological and political education should give full play to early warning function of the information,through social ideological dynamic monitoring,epidemic risk information identification and pre-control,epidemic crisis information forecasting,etc.,to avoid epidemic risks,reduce the extent of crisis damage,and provide decision-making for relevant departments,reference.In the event of a major epidemic,ideological and political education should play the function of information regulation,by accelerating the transmission of authoritative information,effectively guiding public opinion,and making full use of its own advantages in dealing with rumors,controlling the flow of information,influence and noise in the spread of the epidemic crisis,and preventing During the epidemic,due to information dissemination difficulties,factors of social instability increased.After the outbreak of a major epidemic,ideological and political education should play the function of information repair,by repairing psychological problems,compensating for factual information,and reshaping value consensus,preventing the recurrence of crises and fundamentally solving the causes that led to the crisis.
