摘要 目的:研制一种核生化现场处置遥控车,用于核生化突发事件中医学救援现场侦检、采样、洗消和伤员搬运。方法:核生化现场处置遥控车采用模块化设计,主要由机动平台、侦检平台、采样平台、洗消平台和伤员搬运平台组成。其中,机动平台采用履带式底盘,侦检平台可搭载多种便携式核化侦检仪,采样平台主要由6级安德森空气微生物采样器组成,洗消平台采用双喷杆喷雾系统,伤员搬运平台的主体是卷曲式伤员运输担架。整个遥控车操控采用遥杆式无线遥控器,数据传输采用4G网络技术。结果:核生化现场处置遥控车可快速到达指定地域,根据任务需要搭载不同类型仪器,实现实时侦检及现场处置。结论:该遥控车可有效降低核生化污染对现场处置人员生命安全的威胁,提高现场作业效率,对提高军队应对突发核生化事件应急处置的保障能力具有重要的意义。 Objective To develop a remote control vehicle for field detection,sampling,decontamination and casualty extraction during NBC incident response.Methods A remote control vehicle for NBC incident response was designed with the idea of modularity,which was composed of five platforms for movement,detection,sampling,decontamination and casualty extraction.The movement platform adopted a tracked chassis,the detection platform was compatible with a variety of portable nuclear chemical detectors,the sampling platform mainly included a 6-stage Anderson air microbial sampler,the decontamination platform involved in a double spray bar spray system,and the casualty extraction platform was mainly a rolled-up casualty transport stretcher.The vehicle developed was controlled by a rocker type remote controller,and data transmission was realized via 4G network technology.Results The vehicle developed could arrive at the designated site with different loaded devices as required to execute real-time detection and field disposal.Conclusion The vehicle developed relieves the threaten to the first responder's life during NBC incident response and increases the efficiency for field disposal,and is of great importance for enhancing the PLA's emergency response to NBC incidents.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2021,42(2):23-26]
