摘要
目的探讨加强型连续埋线法重睑成形术与传统连续埋线重睑成形术对比的优势。方法自2018年7月至2019年7月,成都美莱医疗美容医院整形外科将就诊的200例单睑者随机分成A、B两组,每组各100例。A组行加强型连续埋线重睑成形术;B组行传统连续埋线重睑成形术。术后1年由术者对手术效果满意度进行评价。结果 200例患者中181例获随访1年以上。其中A组92例,上睑皮肤轻度松弛者41例,无上睑皮肤松弛者51例;B组89例,上睑皮肤轻度松弛者40例,无上睑皮肤松弛者49例。术后1年,A组手术效果满意度高于B组(P<0.05)。结论加强型连续埋线重睑成形术手术效果满意度高于传统连续埋线重睑成形术,具有广泛的应用价值。
Objective To explore the advantage of strengthened continuous buried suture compared with traditional continuous buried suture in blepharoplasty. Methods From July 2018 to July 2019, 200 patients with single eyelid were randomly divided into group A and B, 100 patients in each group. The strengthened continuous buried suture was performed in group A and traditional continuous buried suture was performed in group B. The satisfaction of surgical efficacy was evaluated by surgeons at 1 year after operation. Results A total of 181 patients were followed-up for more than 1 years. Group A(92 patients) containing 41 patients with mild skin laxity of upper eyelid and 51 patients without skin laxity of upper eyelid. Group B(89 patients) including 40 patients with mild skin laxity of upper eyelid and49 patients without skin laxity of upper eyelid. The satisfaction rate of surgical efficacy of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The surgical efficacy of strengthened continuous buried suture is higher than that of traditional continuous buried suture in blepharoplasty. This method has wide application value.
