摘要
目的探讨昌图镇居民对公共卫生预防保健需求的影响因素。方法通过分层抽样选取2000名居民为研究对象,对居民公共预防保健需求进行调查,观察居民对于公共卫生预防保健的需求情况,分析居民对于公共卫生预防保健需求的影响因素。结果发放问卷2000份,收回有效问卷1597份,有效率79.9%。调查结果显示,居民对于公共卫生预防保健的需求均较高,其中,慢性病管理的需求率最高,为98.6%。Logistic回归分析显示,慢性病、年龄、职业是影响居民对于公共卫生预防保健需求的独立危险因素,健康知识掌握是影响居民对于公共卫生预防保健需求的独立保护因素(P<0.05)。结论提升公共预防保健的关键是提升居民预防保健认识,要重视慢性病、职业对居民公共卫生预防保健需求的影响,加强居民的健康知识掌握情况,提升居民卫生预防保健服务质量,满足居民需求。
Objective To discuss the influencing factors of Changtu Town residents’demand for public health prevention and health care.Methods Through stratified sampling,2000 residents were selected as the research subjects,and the residents’demand for public health care and prevention was investigated,and the influencing factors of residents’demand for public health prevention and health care were analyzed.Results 2000 questionnaires were distributed and 1597 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 79.9%.The survey results showed that residents had a high demand for public health prevention and health care.Among them,the demand rate for chronic disease management was the highest at 98.6%.Logistic regression analysis showed that chronic disease,age and occupation were the independent risk factors influencing residents’demand for public health prevention and health care,and health knowledge was the independent protection factor influencing residents’demand for public health prevention and health care(P<0.05).Conclusion The key to improving public preventive health care is to enhance residents’awareness of preventive health care.We must pay attention to the impact of chronic diseases and occupations on residents’public health prevention and health care,strengthen residents’knowledge of health,improve the quality of residents’health prevention and health services,and meet residents’needs.
