摘要
在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的伟大行动中,千千万万的医护人员以精湛的技艺,排除万难的信念和勇气,在人民生命健康和肆虐的病毒之间构筑了一道钢铁长城。一切以患者利益为核心的专业精神得以高度的彰显并受到了社会各界的高度认同。于医者而言,这只是日常诊疗的集中化、凝练化——虽然夹杂着更多的不确定性与危险性。然而外界更多的讨论认为只有此等危急时刻才是医师专业精神的凸显之境。客观而言,医师专业精神的概念具备动态性,不同视角的认知和解读影响着对医学及医务人员的期待和判断。事实上,不论是常规诊疗还是疫情突发的状况,构成医师专业精神的核心要素具有稳定性:为病家谋福利的本质内核不变。因此,归纳分析不同场境中的医师专业精神的“常量”应成为医学专业内外的“共认意识”,这是正确认知医师专业精神、提升医生职业认同的有益途径,并能透过医师专业精神客观评价医生的行为决策,科学理解医学的局限与可能,将相对抽象的医师专业精神同具体的医疗卫生制度和卫生政策建立联系,在二者互构的医疗生态系统内,促动医者以最饱满的状态完成救死扶伤的终极使命。
At the junction of last winter and this spring,the COVID-19 epidemic was caught off guard across the country and across the globe,disrupted normal life patterns.With their superb skills,faith and courage to overcome all difficulties,millions of medical workers have built a great wall of steel between people's lives and health and the raging virus.All the professional spirit centered on the interests of patients has been highly highlighted and received extensive attention from all walks of life.For doctors,it's just the centralization and refinement of routine practice—albeit with more uncertainty and danger.However,there is much discussion that only such critical moments are the highlight of the professional spirit of physicians,and even bring medical staffs to the altar again.Objectively speaking,the concept of physicians’professionalism is dynamic,and cognition and interpretation from different perspectives affecting people’s expectation and judgment of medicine and medical staff.In fact,whether it is routine diagnosis and treatment or epidemic outbreak,the core elements of physicians’professionalism are stable:the essence of seeking for the well-being of patients remains unchanged.Therefore,inducted and analyzed the“constants”of physicians’professionalism in different scenarios should become a“consensus”of consciousness both inside medical professional and outside,which is a beneficial way of correctly recognize the physicians’professionalism and enhance the physicians’professional identity.And it can objectively evaluate doctors’behavior decision through the professionalism of physicians,scientifically understand the limitations and possibilities of medicine,build connection between relatively abstract physicians’professionalism and specific medical and health systems and health policies,and promote the doctors to fulfill the ultimate mission of healing the wounded and saving the dying with the most full state in the mutual construction of the medical ecosystem.
