摘要
相关资料显示,作为临床过程中较为常见的传染性疾病之一,耐药结核病对于患者健康的影响相对较大。总的来看,该病的主要特征在于其对相关治疗药物具有较强的耐药性,从而导致治疗工作难度出现升高,进而不利于患者健康的合理维系。研究人员表示,作为现阶段世界范围内重要的公共卫生问题之一,耐药结核病主要是医疗行业对于抗结核药物的不当使用导致的。据不完全统计,我国耐药结核病患者数量约为14万,从而对人民群众的健康造成了严重的影响与威胁。与此同时,由于目前尚无全新作用机制与化学结构的治疗药物,因此,该病的控制难度相对较大。本文作者针对耐药结核病综合治疗研究工作的发展情况进行了分析与论述,旨在有效促进该病治疗效果的提升与优化。
Relevant data show that,as one of the more common diseases in the clinic,drug-resistant tuberculosis has a greater impact on the health of patients.In general,the main feature of drug-resistant tuberculosis is that it has strong drug resistance to treatment drugs,which makes the treatment difficult and is not conducive to the reasonable maintenance of health of patients.Researchers said that as one of the most important public health problems worldwide at this stage,drug-resistant tuberculosis is mainly caused by the improper use of anti-tuberculosis drugs in the medical industry.According to incomplete statistics,the number of patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis in our country is about 140,000,which has caused a serious impact and threat to the health of the people.At the same time,as there is no therapeutic drug with a new mechanism of action and chemical structure,it is relatively difficult to control the disease.This article analyzes and discusses the development of the comprehensive treatment of drug-resistant tuberculosis,with the aim of effectively promoting the improvement and optimization of the treatment effect of the disease.
