摘要
以某金相检验试验室信息化系统架构为例,使用数据流图对金相检验的业务流程进行了详细分析,设计了工业金相检验试验室的整体系统架构,并详述了其中数据库架构、硬件组成、样品信息管理系统、金相照片采集系统、定量金相分析系统、检验记录及报告系统的详细设计和实现方式。结果表明:该工业金相检验试验室信息系统可与现有检验信息系统良好结合,确保整个金相检验过程的高效、有序、可控、可监督,可有效保障检验质量。
Taking the information system design of metallographic examination laboratory as an example,the business process of metallographic examination was analyzed in detail using data flow diagram,and the overall system design of industrial metallographic examination laboratory was designed.The detailed design and implementation of database architecture,hardware composition,sample information management system,metallographic photo acquisition system,quantitative metallographic analysis system,inspection recording and reporting system have been described in detail.The results show that the information system of industrial metallographic examination laboratory could be well combined with the existing examination information system to ensure the whole metallographic examination process was efficient,orderly,controllable and supervised,and can effectively guarantee the examination quality.
