摘要
机械加工车间是产品制造的核心场所,在机械加工车间中,机器与人的有机配合是确保产品生产质量与效率的关键。针对传统派工模式存在的问题,设计了一套基于信息化技术的机械加工车间派工管理系统,可以为机械加工车间提供科学、有效的派工方案。介绍了这一派工管理系统的构架与功能,并给出了应用案例。
The engineering workshop is the core place for product manufacturing.In the engineering workshop,the organic cooperation between the machine and the people is the key to ensuring the quality and efficiency of product production.Aiming at the existing problems of traditional dispatching mode,a set of dispatching management system for mechanical processing workshop based on information technology was designed,which can provide a scientific and effective dispatching plan for mechanical processing workshop.The structure and functions of this dispatch management system were introduced,and the application case was given.
