摘要
目的:探讨尊重患者自身病情决策权限的健康指导策略对冠心病伴糖尿病老年患者的影响。方法:将2018年9月1日~2019年4月30日收诊的84例冠心病伴糖尿病老年患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各42例,对照组实施传统性护理,研究组实施尊重患者自身病情决策权限的健康指导策略;比较两组干预前后空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖、生活质量、自我决策能力、疾病知识掌握水平。结果:干预后,研究组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量、自我决策能力、疾病知识掌握水平得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尊重患者自身病情决策权限的健康指导策略应用于冠心病伴糖尿病老年患者,能帮助个体掌握基本相关知识体系,有效控制血糖水平,提高个体的自我决策能力及生活质量。
Objective:To explore the influence of health guidance strategy that respects patients′decision-making authority on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods:A total of 84 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes who were admitted from September 1,2018 to April 30,2019 were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method with 42 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing,and the study group implemented the health guidance strategy that respects the authority of decision-making on patients′condition.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood glucose 2 hours after meal,quality of life,ability to make decisions,and mastery of disease knowledge were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of quality of life,self-decision-making ability and disease knowledge was all higher in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health guidance strategy that respects the decision-making authority of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes in elderly patients can help individuals master the basic knowledge system,effectively control blood glucose level,and improve their decision-making ability and quality of life.
