摘要
针对现阶段变电站内电源系统存在的功率半导体器件与下级空气开关配合不合理而导致故障范围扩大的问题,提出了一种针对变电站UPS和直流电源系统的电力电子集中式开关保护方案。首先,分析了现有交直流电源系统中存在的问题和功率半导体器件及相关电路的短路特性。然后,说明了全域状态感知及故障判别技术在电源系统中的应用,提出了基于集中式开关的电源系统全域保护方案。最后,针对具体案例分析了所提方法在保护配置中的有效性。
At this stage,the power semiconductor devices in the power supply system in the substation and the lower-level air switch will cause the scope of the fault to expand.For this reason,a power electronic centralized switch protection scheme for the UPS and DC power system of the substation is proposed.First,the problems existing in the existing AC and DC power supply systems are analyzed,and the short-circuit characteristics of power semiconductor devices and related circuits are analyzed.Then the application of global state awareness and fault discrimination technology in the power system is explained,and the global protection scheme of the power system based on centralized switch is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method in protection configuration is analyzed for specific cases.
