摘要
本文通过问卷调查法对"2+1"现代学徒制运行模式及影响因素进行探究。研究发现,常见的模式有企业主导模式、学校主导模式以及学生主导模式,影响因素包括外部干扰因素、企业内部因素、院校内部因素、学生个体因素4个公共因子。根据相关数据建立"2+1"现代学徒制模式及影响因子关系模型,结合4个公共因子对"2+1"现代学徒制模式的影响,发现学校主导模式能产生"2+1"现代学徒制模式的最佳效益。因此,"2+1"现代学徒制采用学校主导模式,不仅能够培养高素质技能型人才,还能够加强校企合作交流与科技创新互动,促进社会经济快速发展。
This article uses a questionnaire survey method to explore the operating mode and influencing factors of the "2+1" modern apprenticeship system. It is found that the commonly used models are three models with enterprises, schools and students as the main body. The influencing factors include external interference factors, internal factors of enterprises, internal factors of institutions, and individual factors of students. And based on relevant data to establish a "2+1" modern apprenticeship model and influence factor relationship model, the study combined the influence of four public factors on the "2+1" modern apprenticeship model and found that the school-led model is the dominant model that can best exert the best benefits of the "2+1" modern apprenticeship model. Therefore, the study believes that the "2+1" modern apprenticeship should adopt a school-led model, which can not only cultivate high-quality skilled talents, but also strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and exchanges and technological innovation interactions, and promote rapid social and economic development.
