摘要
为保证城镇燃气工程的安全,应对燃气管道建设和运营进行全过程的安全管控。对城镇燃气安全管理的法规适用性、管道的本质安全设计、施工质量及运营期的完整性管理进行了探讨。最后,提出若干合理化的安全管理建议。
In order to ensure the safety of urban gas engineering,the safety control of the whole process of gas pipeline construction and operation should be carried out.This paper probes into the applicability of laws and regulations for urban gas safety management,the intrinsic safety design of pipelines,the construction quality and the integrity management during the operation period,and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for safety management.
